From the Ancient Greek \u1f00\u03bc\u03b1\u03c1\u03cd\u03c3\u03c3\u03c9 “to shine,” Amaryllis is a symbol of determination and outstanding beauty.\u00a0After World War I, Allinson created many posters for various destinations serviced by the British Railways. Even though it is not a landscape, Amaryllis<\/em> gives the audience a small glance into Allinson’s personal landscape.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>
